Brian Hall is a Los Angeles based Cinematographer, Photographer and First Camera Assistant with an extensive background inside the camera department on films, television and commercials.
Over more than twelve years, Brian has built his career in the camera department across three major markets — New York City, Philadelphia and Los Angeles — working his way up through independent film, episodic television and national commercial production.
His work has taken him well beyond the U.S., traveling internationally to Peru, Denmark, Thailand, Belize and the Bahamas, bringing a full camera package to each location and running camera prep, builds and support in remote and logistically demanding environments.
Brian holds a BFA in Cinematography from Temple University, and specializes in cinema camera systems, camera accessories, photography equipment and wireless video/follow‑focus systems, with hands‑on experience shooting and supporting both 16mm and 35mm motion picture film.

I have always had a passion in getting out in the wilderness and shooting photo line ups of the stars, moon and sun. Although it is not my most profitable photography, getting that once in a year, or life moment is exhilarating.
